Trial Support, Consulting and Presentation
With the winning combination of an extensive paralegal background and in-the-trenches technology experience in three highly regarded law firms, Evans Training & Consulting offers its clients a broad spectrum of skills. We understand what's required in the courtroom, and we work closely with the attorneys and staff to present your case in the best way to effectively convey your critical points to the trier-of-fact, whether it's a judge, jury, mediator or arbitrator. Think of us as your "Additional Juror": We'll give you feedback based on a fresh look at your case from a juror's perspective, something our clients find invaluable.
Evans Training & Consulting takes advantage of a rich set of tools to prepare and present your case, including TrialDirector, PowerPoint, TimeMap (or other timeline program) and others.
Never used technology in the courtroom or mediation room before? Wonder how it will be received by the jurors? We'll be happy to work with you so that you're comfortable before you appear on behalf of your client. If your paralegal is overwhelmed with handling the witnesses, organizing the exhibits, working with the court staff -- and a myriad of other things paralegals do for trial attorneys -- then please give us a call to handle the technology aspects of your trial.
